·       Pronouns (Not mandatory)

·       Spotlight URL or Online CV (If Applicable)

How we get the personal information and why we have it:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

·       To register you with as a participant on a course or workshop. 

·       For correspondence leading up to, during and after your course, solely to share information relating to the course.

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to register you as a participant onto one of Itchy Teeth’s courses or workshops as well as to communicate relevant information necessary to participate and complete these courses.

We will share this information with your qualified course/workshop leader. 

 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@itchyteeth.co.uk

(b) We have a contractual obligation in order to complete the course registration for your place on a course or workshop. 

 

How we store your personal information: 

Your information is securely stored in password protected files on our central computer. 

We will then dispose of your information by removing it from the central database permanently.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
